started in April of 1982
with a philosophy of giving specialized individual
service. Baine Martin brought with him over twenty
years of sales and management experience from the
textile industry and the highest degree of
professionalism. That business background along with
his loving wife Carol has been the guiding
force in the growth and success of Martin Real Estate.
The belief that the biggest is not always the best, but
that a genuine interest in people and a commitment to
serving honestly and openly IS best. That goal has been
accomplished with a small staff and hands on
supervision. The plans of keeping the salespersons at a
maximum of five and the involvement of the owners in all
aspects of the business has continued
from the beginning.
Baine and Carol have retired and Martin Real Estate
is now in the hands of son Bud Martin and long-time
associate
Dan Norman.
