Dan
Norman is originally
from Lincolnton, Georgia. He is a 1977
graduate of the University of Georgia.
Dan started working in the Boone area in
1973 and moved here in 1977 and was the
director of Camp Sky Ranch for 22 years.
Dan joined Martin Real Estate in August of
1999. Since 1982, Dan has been a high school
football referee. He retired from
officiating in 2012. Dan has gone on several
mission trips over the last several
years: Malaysia, Hawaii, American Samoa,
Guam, Kenya, and Nicaragua
Dan is married to Teresa Greene Norman
formerly of Morganton, NC. They have 4
children: Ashley N. Smith graduated from
UNC-CH and and lives with her husband, Jeff,
and sons, Jacob and Daniel, in Abingdon, VA.
Lydia N. Dumont is a graduate of UNC-CH and
lives in Fort Mill, SC with her husband,
Tyler, son Cameron,
and daughter Lilah. Jim Bob Norman is an
Appalachian State graduate and is serving as
a missionary in Nicaragua with his wife
Kenia and son Freedom. Ben Norman is
a graduate of Greensboro College (works for
Wells Fargo) and is now living in Blowing
Rock with wife Tiffany, sons Silas and
Weston and daughter Bennett.
